Courses in Polish:
In response to requests from hoteliers and other local businesses, Rosebud is delighted to offer training courses for Polish-speaking staff. Courses currently available include CIEH Basic Food Hygiene, CIEH Basic Health and Safety as well as CIEH COSHH (Hazardous Substances). Courses are delivered with Polish exam papers and some Polish handbooks. Other courses may be available in Polish upon request. Courses run every month; please contact us to book a place.

Alcohol Retailing - BIIAB Courses:
It is a requirement under the licensing Act 2003 that all sales of alcohol must be made or authorised by a personal licence holder. Rosebud Training is now able to offer BIIAB courses including the ‘National Certificate for Personal License Holders’, and the new course for Bar Supervisors and Staff - ‘Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing’.

Don't Panic About HACCP:
Since the change in Food Safety legislation in January of this year, many people have been alarmed by HACCP and what they need to do to comply with its requirements. Rosebud now offers a one day course entitled ‘Introduction to HACCP,’ which explains it all in simple language and helps you to ensure compliance without the need for stress or significant expenditure.
